If you have received any campus-based loans, such as a Perkins Loan or Health Professions Student Loan, and are about to graduate, transfer, or take a leave of absence, federal regulations require such loan recipients at UCLA to complete an exit interview through the Loan Services Office.

The exit interview is provided to help students plan for loan repayment. During this interview you will have the opportunity to discuss your loan obligations, the provisions of your loans, and your rights as a borrower. If you have further questions at a later time, you may contact the Loan Services Office. Failure to complete an exit interview will result in a hold being placed on all university services, including official transcripts.

You will be contacted by the Loan Services Office concerning your exit interview. Please make sure your expected date of graduation, mailing address and email address and are always kept current on URSA.
